The main success in the response to the pandemic has been the adoption of the European Union’s Digital COVID Certificate, a priority of the Portuguese Presidency achieved in record time. With the emergency period over, we should work to be better prepared for possible future health crises, incorporating greater coherence and effectiveness into our action.
