The motto of our Presidency was clear. Given the urgent nature of the situation we are going through, it was “Time to deliver: a fair, green and digital recovery”.

The Portuguese Presidency made a promise and kept it. We were able to achieve essential results for the recovery of Europe, a Europe that will be anchored by the green and digital transitions and that will leave nobody behind.

 

In these last six months, the European Union was present in the lives of each and every one of its citizens, presenting concrete answers to their concerns and their expectations.

 

We are willing and able to do even more for our future Europe.
