Cooperation group created by Directive (EU) 2016/1148 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 6 July 2016, regarding the measures for ensuring a high common level of security of network and information systems (NIS) throughout the Union.

The group is made up of representatives of the Member States, the Commission and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), with the aim of supporting and facilitating strategic cooperation between the Member States in terms of the security of network and information systems.
