The European Judicial Network in criminal matters will analyse the impact of the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice on the proceedings for the execution of European arrest warrants, the implementation of the new regulation on the seizure and confiscation of assets and the mechanisms for and results of obtaining digital evidence.

The aim is to reach a balance between the provision of information in matters of comparative law and the exchange of experiences and best practices in matters of cooperation, corresponding to the goals of the judicial network and the experiences of its contact points.
