International Conference on “Data Technologies – New approaches to better regulation”
Description
The conference on “Data Technologies – New approaches to better regulation” will take place on 4 June and will be attended by the Portuguese Minister of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Mariana Vieira da Silva, and the Vice-President of the European Commission, Maroš Šefčovič, who will be discussing digital best practices applied to supporting public policies from a "Better Regulation" standpoint.
The conference will also include speeches from the Head of the Regulatory Impact Assessment Unit, Manuel Cabugueira, and MEP Maria Manuel Leitão Marques, as well as the President of the International Association of Legislation, Helen Xanthaki, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the OECD, Jeffrey Schlagenhauf. The conference will be closed by André Moz Caldas, Portuguese Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
