This meeting is being held in Lisbon, in hybrid format, seven years after the last one, on the invitation of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU.

The topics for the meeting will be: senior officials exchange in public administration, the use of technology in the promotion of teleworking in public administration, diversity and inclusion in public administration, geographic balance in European institutions, interoperability and the secure and inclusive digital transformation, in line with the Berlin Declaration.

"Conclusions for close, innovative, participatory, open and transparent public administration" will be adopted.

Contacts between the EU Member States, the Latin American Centre for Development Administration and the Community of Portuguese Language Countries will also be promoted.
